Join us Monday evenings, 7:00-8:30 p.m., at church for a 9-week study beginning September 11.
This is a Gospel-centered study on Eve, Sarah and Mary through the book Transformed: Life-taker to Life-giver (by Karen Hodge and Susan Hunt).
Life-taker and life-giver are such descriptive terms that we instinctively know what they mean, and deep in our hearts we know which we are in each relationship and circumstance. We also know that self-effort fails us in our desire to give Life to those around us. In this book Karen an Susan celebrate the hope and power of the Gospel to transform God's daughters into women who fulfill our creation design and redemptive calling.
If you would like to be part of this discussion, please RSVP to Jeanne Thomas by September 3 to reserve your copy of the book.
The pantry is open on the last Saturday of every month, 10:00-11:30 a.m. Volunteers are needed from 9:30 a.m. - noon. All donated items are welcome and needed, and we posted in the upstairs kitchen a list of suggested needs. If you feel led to help during one or more of the distribution days, please let Scott Turbett know a week in advance.

Monday evenings, beginning January 23, we will unpack the book of Proverbs in a 9-week study of A Woman's Wisdom: How the Book of Proverbs Speaks to Everything, by Lydia Brownback.
This study shows how the Bible speaks to real life issues such as money, purity, marriage, and the day-to-day grind. This book contains three parts:
1. What is wisdom and why does it matter?
2. Six things wise women know
3. A portrait of wisdom
A Woman's Wisdom gives women a way to be wise, to know the very Author of wisdom, and to understand how to apply His relevant riches.
This 9-week study begins January 23 and runs through mid-April.
Monday evenings 7:00-8:30pm in the church's main level classroom
Arrangements can be made for babysitting if needed.
THIS STUDY IS OPEN TO ALL WOMEN WHO ARE SEEKING TO KNOW GOD BETTER.
